-Melt your white chocolate in 3 separate containers. Leave one white and the other two color Sage and Dusk using the oil based colour mill.
-Grab a piece of your peter's caramel and begin to roll it out using your hands until you get a thin strip. Starting from the top of the pretzel, attach the caramel and wrap it around your pretzel. Place them down on your silicone mat.
-Place your white chocolate in a deep bowl or cup, this way it is easier to dip. Tilt the cup and dip your pretzel. Tap on the pretzel to remove all excess chocolate. Set them aside to dry.
-Now mix gold highlighter dust and any flavored essence of your liking, today i am using wild strawberry. Dip your brush into your gold liquid highlighter and tap on the brush over your pretzel, this gives you a splattered look. Let that dry.
-Now drizzle your pretzel with white chocolate.
-Fill the silicone flower and leaf molds using Dusk & Sage colored chocolate. Do this with a tipless bag. Then put them in the freezer to dry. Next remove them from silicone mold.
-Put a small amount of chocolate on the area where you will be placing your chocolate pieces. Then place roses and leaves on top.
-Put them in a box or individually wrap them.
