-Sour Cream

INGREDIENTS:
-2 lbs cream cheese (4 packages)
-3/4 cup of granulated sugar
-1/4 cup of sweeten condenced milk (60g)
-1 tbsp of lemon juice
-1/3 of sour cream (80g)
-1 tbsp of clear vanilla flavor
-1 tsp lemon zest
PROSEDURES:
-Place cream cheese in mixer with a whisk attachment. Mix it for 2-3 minutes on medium speed or until it's all creams up. Scrape bowl.
*Now add sugar, sour cream, condensed milk. Add in all ingredient on low to medium speed. Scrape bowl. Add Vanilla flavor, your freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix on medium for 1-2 minutes.
-When all your Ingredients are creamed together it is ready.
-Now place the cheesecake batter in a tipless bag. Cut the tip and start to fill Graham cracker tart shell. For the top of the cheesecake, cut some strawberries in small squares and mix them together with strawberry satin glaze. Place a small amount of chopped strawberries on top of your cheesecake.
-Dust on some gold galaxy dust to give it a beautiful finish.
