-Melt your white chocolate in 2 separate deli cups. Color them red and baby pink with oil based colors from colour mill.
-Pour a small amount of baby pink colored chocolate into your heart popsicle mold. Give the mold a light tap, then brush chocolate on the side of your mold. Making sure to cover everything. Do this with the red chocolate as well.
-Before chocolate dries insert the silver popsicle sticks.
-Place in freezer to dry. Then brush on another layer of chocolate on only the sides and edges of your cakesicles, Let it dry. This is so your cakesicle doesn't break when your remove it from the mold.
-Place your cake in the mixer using a paddle attachment and let it mix until it sticks all together.
-Now it's time to fill your cakesicles with cake. After you're done filling them with cake, cover them with a small amount of chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly with a small brush or spatula. Put them in the freezer to dry. Remove them from the mold carefully.
-Put your chocolate in the tipless bags and begin to fill your hello kitty mold. Filling the bows red and baby pink and the face white. Put them in the freezer to dry then remove them from your mold.
-Drizzle the cakesicle with the same colored chocolate. spray on some white galaxy dust to add a pretty shine. Then place the hello kitty chocolate piece in the center.
-Tie the bow to the cakesicle to give it a nice finished look.
