-Melt your white chocolate in a microwavable safe silicone bowl, melt in 30 second intervals and mix with a spatula in between intervals, so your chocolate doesn't burn. Add a few drops of caramel colour mill to get an off white color chocolate.
-You can still use your broken pretzels. Take a small piece of caramel and roll into a ball, then up and down your hand. Place it on your silicone mat and roll it out with your fingers to make a strip. Make sure to make it even all around.
-Take the broken side of your pretzel and begin to wrap your caramel strip around your pretzel rod. Leaving some space in between your caramel.
-Dip the pretzel into your chocolate and give it a swirl. Tap on it to remove all excess chocolate. Set it on your silicone mat to dry.
- Fill your tipless bag with chocolate and cut a small hole at the tip.
-Drizzle your pretzel and add your autumn non pareils. Spray some gold galaxy dust to add a beautiful shine.
-For the next pretzels do a drizzle, and add your fall leaf sprinkles. Spray gold galaxy to add shine.
-For the next pretzel drizzle a crisscross and add your gold galaxy dust.
-For the last pretzel do the crisscross drizzle, add non pareils and your pumpkin sprinkles. Lastly spray your galaxy dust.
-These pretzels are great for any fall celebration.
