-Melt the white chocolate in 3 separate deli cups. Color them, Latte, Hot Pink, and Purple, using oil based colors from Color Mill.
-Place cake in mixer using the paddle attachment. Mix until cake sticks together like dough.
-Scoop out the cake to make your cake pops using the purple spatula. Make a ball, then smash it down a bit to make the shape of a donut.
-Dip the tip of your lollipop stick into the latte colored chocolate and insert the stick into the cake ball. Let it dry.
-Now using your fondant ball tool, make a small round indentation in the center of the cake pop.
-Dip the whole cake pop into the latte colored chocolate. Tap it lighltly to remove all excess chocolate. Set them aside to dry.
-Put purple and hot pink chocolate into the tipless bags. Cut a small whole at the tip.
-Now with purple and hot pink chocolate, pipe on a dip technique onto the cake pop. This will be like the glaze of a donut. Before it dries, add your non-pareils and sprinkles.
-Sprinkle white galaxy dust onto your cake pop using a small brush. Now the cake pops are ready to be enjoyed.
