- satin ice white fondant
- butterfly plunger*
- powered sugar
- wilton brush set
- lavender colour mill
- white chocolate 50express
- small popsicle hexagon
- silver popsicle sticks
- frozen yellow cake (available in-store only)
- super silver pearlescent powder
- tipless bag
- lavender bows
- silver crystal sugar
- gold spoon
Procedure:
- With a brush, dust a bit of powered sugar on the surface where you will be rolling out the fondant, so it doesn't stick. Roll out fondant and use plunger to cut out butterfly pieces. Dust plunger with powdered sugar so the fondant doesn't stick to it. Fold a firm folder so that you can place butterflies in to let them dry,
- Melt white chocolate and color it lavender with the lavender color mill.
- Fill mold and with a small brush make sure to get all the edges. place silver popsicle sticks inside. Put in frezzer to let it dry, then put another layer of chocolate on the side and edges of the mold, so when you remove it, it doesn't crack. Let it dry once more. fill with cake and cover with more chocolate. Place in freezer one more time and remove from mold when dry.
- Dust butterflies with silver dust.
- Place lavender colored chocolate in tipless bag and drizzle the cakesicle, add the silver crystal sugar, and place butterfly on the top left. Do the same for the other one but place to of the smaller butterflies on top. Place a lavender bow on the stick and the are ready to enjoy.
