SUGAR COOKIE MIX 50 EXPRESS (HALF BATCH)
-4 Cups Sugar Cookie Mix
-2 Sticks Of Butter
-1 Large Egg
-1 Teaspoon Of Vanilla
ROYAL ICING 50EXPRESS (HALF BATCH)
-4 Cups Royal Icing
-1/4 Cups + 3 Tbsp Water
It make vary if you need to add more water do so.
PROCEDURES
-Using Paddle attachment of a standard mixer, mix together softened butter, large eggs, and vanilla flavor at low speed.
-Gradually add 2 cups of cookie mix at a time and continue mixing ingredients together and increase speed if necessary.
-You will know your dough is ready when it easily pulls away from the side and starts to clump around the paddle of your mixer.
-Roll out your dough evenly, cut out your dough using cancer awareness ribbon cookie cutter.
-Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
-Mix your royal icing to a medium and flood consistency.
-Place them in two separate deli containers.
-The royal icing that's medium consistency, color it dark pink using princess pink gel color.
-The royal icing that's a flood consistency, color it light pink using the same gel color princess pink, just add less drops of gel color to your royal icing.
-With and edible marker draw the shape of a football or leaf in the top center of your cookie.
-Now outline your cookie with the light pink royal icing and do the flooding method. With a scribe even out the edges and get rid of the air bubbles. Let your royal icing dry for a few hours.
-Using your dark pink royal icing outline your cookie. Place your mini flower on your cookie.
-Spray some light pink galaxy dust to add a beautiful shine to your cookie.
