4th of July Pretzels

Get ready to watch the fireworks with a treat in hand! At BakersExpress, we've got just the treat to celebrate the 4th of July. Check out how to make 4th of July pretzels! Here's what you'll need:

Ingredients:

• 50EXPRESS®Cacao Melts in Red, Royal Blue, and Premium White
  
• Pretzel Rods
• Firecracker Sprinkles
• Star/ Moon/ Cloud Silicone Mold
• Peter's Caramel
• 50EXPRESS® Tipless Bags
• 50EXPRESS® White Galaxy Dust

Procedure:

1. Take a piece of Peter's Caramel and begin to roll it to your desired thickness. When finished rolling, begin to wrap the caramel around the pretzel starting from the top. Make sure to leave enough space at the bottom of the pretzel so that you may grab it.
   
2. Melt your 50EXPRESS® Cacao Melts and place in tipless bags. Begin to fill your silicone mold and place in the freezer to dry.
3. Melt your 50EXPRESS® Premium White Chocolate in a microwavable cup. Dip your pretzels and shake off the excess chocolate. Place your pretzel on parchment paper and let it dry. Dip all the other pretzels as well.
4. Drizzle your pretzels to your liking and place your chocolate stars on before your chocolate dries. When done, add 50EXPRESS® White Galaxy Dust. You may also add the firecracker sprinkle mix.
