50EXPRESS® Sugar Cookie Mix
50EXPRESS® Clear Vanilla
50EXPRESS® All Purpose Flour
Fat Daddio's Rolling Pin (20")
Fat Daddio's Leveling Strips
Fat Daddio's Silicone Mat
Fat Daddio's Cookie Sheet (1/2 sheet pan)
Ateco Round Cookie Cutter
Add 2 sticks of room temperature butter, 1 large egg, and 1 teaspoon of 50EXPRESS® Clear Vanilla and mix on low speed. Gradually add 2 cups of 50EXPRESS® Sugar Cookie Mix and mix. Once the ingredients are incorporated, increase the mixer speed to medium. You will know your dough is ready when it easy pulls away from the side of the mixing bowl.
Dust some 50EXPRESS® All Purpose Flour on your silicone mat to prevent your dough from sticking.
Using a Fat Daddio's Rolling Pin, roll out your dough evenly. Once even, begin to cut out your cookies using your cookie cutters of choice.
Place your cut cookies on a Fat Daddio's Cookie Sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake your cookies for 12 minutes at 350 degrees (time varies depending on your oven)
